God is able to do great things for us—including delivering us from sexual sin. But we also have our part to play in our deliverance as well—responding to Him in repentance and faith. Failure to overcome is not the result of God’s indifference, but our failure to respond to His involvement in our lives rightly.At the end of our “Wholly Devoted” Conference, Zion Faith Homes minister, Dave Leopold, used the book of Ephesians to explain why we need to respond, and how we should respond.

Within Jesus’ words in John 15 is a foundational truth for the victorious Christian life: abide. 
Now, as beautiful as that word is, it’s actually not as easy as it sounds. As you’ll learn in today’s sermon, the path to abiding in Christ is quite difficult for our flesh nature. We talk a lot about the problems and consequences of sin, but how do people actually get to the place where sin is ruining their lives? There is always a backstory.
